Hi, this is really random but I'm planning to buy a wildfox sweatshirt the vampire love sweatshirt to be exact and I was wondering what size I should get if I want a loose fit and be able to wear the sweatshirt with leggings...a medium or a large? I'm 5'1 who usually wears a size small-med.

You should get a Medium. They are baggy to begin with but medium will be perfect to wear leggings with since they are a little short!
